Fitness Is A Lifestyle

Just one more reminder from my recent trip to Cambodia that there's not just one way to stay fit. Whether you're traveling, recovering from injury or illness, or just in a time crunch, there is always a way to work some exercise into your day. It may not be your ideal workout, but fitness is not one workout - fitness is a lifestyle.

To borrow from Mick Jagger, You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you might just find you get what you need....

What a novel idea. To post a short video of your trip in Cambodia. I also didn't exercise on my recent trip, despite having access to a gym in the hotel, and then on the ship, because I was ill. But I walked a lot - far more than normal - and felt fine.

Hi Gillian,
Yeah, I thought this would be fun. I started shooting some short videos just to show family & friends: what daily life was like in Cambodia - tuk-tuks, bikes in traffic, the crazy loud insects, etc. Once I was home I realized I had sort of a theme going.

Sounds like you were getting some exercise. Maybe not the same kind or amount that you usually do, but lots of walking sounds great.
